Job summary

Saxo Bank in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on, people-focused leader to drive exceptional service delivery for our Institutional clients and partners. You will develop and empower a high-performing team, ensure daily operations meet SLAs, and act as a key stakeholder on complex projects while supporting TRE governance.

You will lead governance-adherent operations, build strong client relationships, and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in client service or operations within financial services.
• Ability to meet SLAs and drive process improvements.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the team through delegation, coaching and training.
• Ensure daily responsibilities are completed and service is delivered within SLAs.
• Provide outstanding service to institutional partners with TRE compliance.
• Understand clients’ businesses to deliver proactive support.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and operational awareness.
• Act as key stakeholder in larger projects and ad hoc initiatives.
• Maintain WINs & PROs consistently.
• Lead core people-management activities, including KPI setting and feedback.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration.
