Job summary

Pinlock is seeking a hands‑on Teamlead Finance in Lelystad to manage a small finance team and oversee month‑end close, consolidation, and reporting for several entities. You will drive process improvements and partner with production and sales to monitor margins and cash flow.

The role requires 5–10 years in accounting/controlling, HBO+ in finance, and a knack for explaining complex topics. Expect a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth prospects and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Substantive finance expertise with a natural leadership style.
• Strong knowledge of accounting & control (HBO or above) and ability to explain complex topics.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience in accounting and controlling.
• Affinity for financial tooling; experience with SAP Business One and Power BI is a plus.
• Speed up the closing process and elevate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 finance colleagues.
• Responsible for month-end closing & consolidation across entities with inventory, production costs and margin monitoring.
• Prepare management reports, analyse developments and report to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
