Basic-Fit is Europe’s leading value-for-money fitness brand. As Team Lead Architectural Engineering – Preparation & Development, you will lead a six-person team of designers and engineers, shaping club designs across Europe and ensuring standards meet local regulations.

You’ll work in an international environment, manage priorities, coach talent, and collaborate with BIM, Revit and AutoCAD expertise to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience managing people in a technical environment.
• Solid understanding of architectural design, engineering and construction prep.
• Strong planning, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to set priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a six-person team of designers and engineers.
• Guide architectural layouts and technical documentation for new clubs, rebuilds and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement architectural standards across Europe.
