Job summary

Productivity Software Group is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to guide a BIM team of modelers and engineers on large-scale renovation and new construction projects. You will drive setup, management, and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration across the office in Staphorst, client sites, and production.

• Higher education in a construction-related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience with software tools such as Revit.
• Customer-oriented, results-oriented, and able to inspire teams.

You play a key role in guiding your team in setting up and managing BIM models for various projects, with a focus on large-scale renovation and new construction.

About the feature

As Engineering Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a driven team of BIM modelers and BIM engineers within Productivity Software Group. You play a key role in guiding your team in setting up and managing BIM models for various projects, with a focus on large-scale renovation and new construction. Through your leadership, you ensure optimal collaboration between the team at the office in Staphorst, at the client's site, and the employees in production.

Together with the BIM engineers, you monitor the quality and progress of projects and ensure that processes run smoothly from design to production. In addition to managing the team, you also participate in the projects yourself.

Skills & Tools

• You have a higher professional or university education in a construction-related field or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• You are a strong leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience with software tools such as Revit
• You are customer-oriented, results-oriented, and know how to inspire teams.
• Strong analytical skills and capable of optimizing processes
