Job summary
Basic-Fit, Europe\u2019s leader in value-for-money fitness, seeks a Team Lead Architectural Engineering – Preparation & Development in Hoofddorp. You will lead a six-person design and engineering team responsible for architectural prep of new clubs and rebuilds across Europe, ensuring standards and regulatory compliance.
You\u2019ll work in an international setting, shaping standards and coordinating with BIM, Revit and AutoCAD, guiding projects from concept to ready-for-construction with a mix
Qualifications
- Leadership and development of a technical team in architecture/engineering.
- Strong background in architectural design and construction preparation.
- Experience coaching and developing professionals in a technical environment.
- Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of six architectural designers and engineers.
- Guide technical preparation and ensure club designs meet standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with Execution team to ensure designs are buildable and ready for construction.
- Develop and implement architectural and technical standards across Europe.
- Collaborate with BIM Engineers and other specialists to improve processes.
