Jak Consultancy is partnering with a leading international design and delivery firm to recruit a Senior Technical Designer / Delivery Architect for a major on‑site project in Amsterdam. This is a long‑term opportunity to join a high‑profile, multi‑floor development and play a key role in technical delivery throughout 2026.

Required: a senior professional who is confident working on site and able to take ownership of technical coordination across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across an 11‑floor large‑scale project.
• Produce, coordinate and manage detailed technical drawings in Revit.
• Resolve complex BIM and Revit issues independently.
• Oversee drawing packages and maintain high technical standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Attend regular site meetings and contribute to project planning.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
• Support smooth delivery from design through to construction.

Required Experience & Skills

• Senior‑level experience as a Technical Designer or Delivery Architect.
• Strong BIM knowledge with advanced Revit capability.
• Proven experience working on site on large‑scale projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical drawing challenges.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working within a delivery‑focused team environment.
• Must be currently based in Amsterdam.
