A new standard for industrial excellence. A place where the most talented people in our industry can grow and thrive. We create progress and impact for our planet.
Our motto work hard, have fun and make history is not for everyone. Our people take full ownership and responsibility. But also work on things that truly excite them and are able to work flexible hours. It’s not the job ladder that defines seniority. But people’s talent, expertise and attitude.
As Team Coordinator Assembly, you're the driving force on the shop floor. You make sure the assembly team performs day in, day out, that processes run stable, and that improvements actually get done, not just discussed.
You don't lead from hierarchy. You build a team that keeps taking on more ownership itself. You coach where it helps, you hold people to what they agreed, and you step onto the floor yourself when the situation asks for it.
You switch constantly between people, operations, and process. You work directly with the Process Owner, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineers, and Support Engineering. No layers in between. You're the eyes and ears of the operation. You're not afraid to question how things are done, and you turn what the floor tells you into real improvements.
Our culture is hands-on and ambitious: real ownership, short lines, and a sharp focus on getting things done.

You act as the eyes and ears of the operation and spot improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks early.
You challenge existing processes and work with Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Support Engineering to fix them.
You drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement in the daily operation.
You create clarity, address people directly when needed, and keep things structured and orderly. You take the team along through changes, process improvements, and wider developments in the business.
What do you bring?

You have a strong analytical mindset and a good feel for data, process, and operational performance.
You coach people forward and hold them to their commitments at the same time.
Ownership is in your DNA. If something can be better, you act on it instead of waiting.
Order and cleanliness are second nature to you. 5S is part of how you work.
