Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid HR foundation with international experience.
• 4–8+ years in Talent Management or HR business partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
• Availability for domestic and international travel (~30%).

• Translate business strategy into a clear talent agenda for DEMEA.
• Lead regional talent reviews, succession planning and performance processes.
