Job summary

JDE Peet's, a global leader in coffee and tea, seeks a Talent Management Coordinator to support the Netherlands and IHQ Talent Management functions. This role focuses on Talent processes, onboarding programs, and learning initiatives across locations in the Netherlands.

You will extract reports, monitor KPIs, and help execute talent projects while collaborating in a hybrid work environment that blends office presence with remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytic skills, accurate – ability to analyze key data.
• Good level of MS Office and talent systems expertise.
• Project Management experience - manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously that often represent competing priorities.
• Achievement orientation - high drive/ambition to succeed.
• A relevant University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports the team members with their talent projects and talent processes (e.g. Performance process, Trainings, Engagement).
• Ensures the execution of the IHQ & NL On‑boarding programs, including coordination with presenters and participants, location preparation, organization of factory visits or Experience Centre visit.
• Supporting the team with our Learning system and learning initiatives. This includes understanding best practices and looking into opportunities. As well co‑organizing events on‑site and online.
• Extracts reports from various systems and monitors relevant KPIs as requested by the team members.

We are on the look‑out for a Talent Management Coordinator to support our Talent Management function for the Netherlands and IHQ (both locations based in the Netherlands). The Talent Management function is part of our overall Talent team (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management). We are driving a best‑in‑class associate experience for the full Netherlands for all our talent processes and initiatives. To further enabling our functions growth‑ambitions, this role plays a vital role.

Just some of your responsibilities:
