Join us as a Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. You will collect and analyse data for Talent processes, provide Excel reports, and create visual overviews for updates and decision making.

You will organize events, manage supplier contracts and support the Global Management Trainee Program. You will develop in a diverse, international environment, learning to coordinate Learning & Development trainings, manage the LMS and contribute to annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the full duration of the internship.
• Must have strong MS Office skills and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a diverse, international environment.

Job Description

Join us as a Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organisations and learn how to best foster people development within a diverse cultural context.

Your key activities will be:

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

• Academic Program:You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Skillset:You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
• Personal traits:You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment:You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from August 2026 to January 2027.
• Availability:You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

• Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.
• You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
