Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position starting September 2026. You will manage internship recruitment for the International Headquarters in Amsterdam and the R&D department in Utrecht, with some collaboration with the Amsterdam office.

Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern at our Utrecht office (you will be going to the Amsterdam office sometimes as some of your stakeholders are based there) starting September 2026. During this internship, you will manage the internship recruitment and selection process for the International Headquarters in Amsterdam and the R&D department in Utrecht. Additionally, you willassistthe IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding activities and Talent Management activities and events.

Your key activities will be:

• Managing the full recruitment and selection process for internships
• Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Managing the assessment process with our external service provider
• Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards
• Performing various tasks related to Employer BrandingSupportingIHQ trainingandcommunication
• Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects
• Organising activities for your fellow interns

Here'swhatwe'relooking for:

• Academic Program:You are enrolled in a higher professional education, BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
• Skillset:Youpossessstrong MS Office skills and fluentproficiencyin speaking and written English – Having some similar experience with HR activities is always a benefit.
• Personal traits:You have a true passion for people, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Availability:You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a weekand you are available for at least 5 months.
