Do you thrive in a role where strategic talent management, learning & development, and process improvement come together? Within our Global HR team, we are looking for a Talent & Development Manager. Will you join us in our mission to shape the future of mobility together?

Your role in our mission

The Talent & Development Manager coordinates and governs Performance and Succession Management, Learning, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes from a central position within the company (Center of Excellence). The role supports HR Business Partners, who are responsible for execution and follow-up locally, while driving further standardization, structure, and continuous improvement through our HRIS.

He/she drives a strong talent and learning culture, strengthening engagement, internal mobility, and the leadership pipeline. At the same time, HR structures and processes still need to be built and standardized, requiring a strong affinity with process design. This role therefore balances people development with building scalable HR foundations.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and implement learning pathways for different management levels, ensuring clear development opportunities across the organization
  • Drive adoption and completion of Talent & Development processes, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability across locations
  • Design, coordinate, and roll out the employee engagement survey cycle, including structured follow‑up on outcomes
  • Strengthen employer branding in line with Nedschroef’s talent and growth ambitions
  • Leverage HR technology, systems, and talent metrics to generate insights and support data‑driven decision making
  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of Talent & Development processes across the organisation
Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Management, Learning & Development, or broader Talent role within a corporate or international environment
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing talent and development programmes
  • Strong affinity with HR systems, HR technology, and data‑driven HR processes
  • Experience developing and delivering training programmes, both online and offline
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to build structure and drive standardization
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is strongly preferred
