Job summary

ATG Europe is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our international team. You will source, screen and recruit qualified candidates for Space, SatCom, Nuclear and IT projects across Europe.

The role offers hybrid working options from Noordwijk (NL), Barcelona (ES) or Rome (IT) with relocation support. Candidates should have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, fluent English, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience for corporate and consultancy roles.
• Experience in Space sector is highly desirable; other domains (Big Science/ICT) are an advantage.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms, ATS and social media.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• EU work eligibility and willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Source, match and recruit qualified international candidates across Europe.
• Interview candidates face-to-face or online and coordinate client interviews.
• Explain country-specific regulations/benefits and assist with relocation where applicable.
• Develop talent pools and rekindle channels for current and future recruiting needs.
• Contribute to business development through talent acquisition for bids.
