Job summary

ALTEN in Rotterdam is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team on client projects across diverse industries. You will design, develop and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend systems, and contribute to high-impact initiatives.

You should have 3–8 years of full-stack experience, with React/Angular/Vue.js on the frontend and Node.js/Java/Python/.NET on the backend, plus strong REST, databases and cloud know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
