Job summary

MR MARVIS, an Amsterdam-based menswear brand, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and optimize our recruitment engine across Europe. You will lead a small team, partner with Directors and HR, and stay hands-on on senior hires to drive scalable growth.

You will use data and market insight to improve processes, balance workload, and shape future hiring needs in a fast-growing environment with a strong focus on culture and impact.

Qualifications

• Real recruitment experience across fast-moving startups or scale-ups.
• Leadership experience coaching recruiters and building teams.
• Trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and set priorities for the team.
• Manage two recruiters with regular 1:1s, workload planning and coaching.
• Partner with hiring managers, Directors, senior leaders and HRBPs.
• Advise on role profiles, selection and hiring decisions, and coach the team.
• Personally own key leadership hires from first conversation to offer.
• Drive performance with data, market insight and process improvements.
• Plan for future hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
