Job summary

Amoria Bond in Amsterdam is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to identify and engage top talent, guiding candidates from first conversation to a successful hire. You’ll proactively source talent, start conversations, build networks and collaborate with our leadership team to bring the right people into the business.

You’ll own hiring projects, work with multiple stakeholders, and have the freedom to test ideas in an ambitious, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and headhunting talent through LinkedIn and other channels
• Interviewing and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process
• Building talent pipelines for future growth
• Partnering with hiring managers and advising them on the talent market
• Creating new ways to attract and engage potential candidates
• Contributing to employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Using data and market insights to improve how we hire
