Job summary

Tellent is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Amsterdam to support hiring across teams and develop skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

You will build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with the People team to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career eager to grow.

Qualifications

• Early-career experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related role.
• Strong interest in proactive sourcing and pipeline building.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including engaging passive candidates
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to develop sourcing strategies and strengthen talent pools across key roles
• Screen candidates and partner with hiring managers to assess alignment with role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track pipeline progress
