Job summary

SITS | Traxion is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern role to support the full recruitment lifecycle while working with our international People & Culture team. You will help attract and engage talent for our cybersecurity-focused organization, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, employer branding, campus recruitment, and AI-driven recruitment processes.

This internship starts February 2027 for a minimum of five months.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HRM, Communications or another relevant program.
• Proactive and ready to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills; confident approaching employees and managers.
• Accurate in their work.
• Speaks fluent English; Dutch is optional.
• Located in the Netherlands and available to work from the office several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, candidate engagement, employer branding, campus recruitment and AI-driven recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with international Talent Acquisition teams and contribute to operational recruitment activities and talent initiatives.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will play an active role in attracting and hiring talent. Working closely with our international People & Culture team, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle while helping to strengthen our employer brand.

THE INTERNSHIP PROJECT: SUPPORTING AND SHAPING THE FUTURE OF TALENT ACQUISITION

At SITS | Traxion, attracting and engaging the right talent is essential to supporting our continued growth. As our organization expands, we continuously look for ways to strengthen our recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, enhance our employer brand, and create meaningful candidate experiences.

In this internship, you will work closely with our international Talent Acquisition team and gain hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will contribute to both operational recruitment activities and talent initiatives, gaining exposure to sourcing, candidate engagement, employer branding, campus recruitment, and AI‑driven recruitment processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how talent acquisition supports business growth in a fast‑paced, international cybersecurity environment.

With this assignment, you will directly contribute to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of future talent for SITS | Traxion. Through your involvement you will help connect top talent with exciting career opportunities while gaining valuable insights into Talent Acquisition workflows.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is studying HRM, Communication or another relevant program.
• Is proactive and ready to take initiative.
• Has strong communication skills and is confident in approaching employees and managers.
• Is accurate in their work.
• Speaks fluent English and optionally Dutch.
• Is currently located in the Netherlands and available to work from the office multiple days per week.
