Job summary

SITS | Traxion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the full recruitment lifecycle, help strengthen our employer brand, and collaborate with our international People & Culture team.

You will gain hands-on experience across sourcing, candidate engagement, campus recruitment, and AI-driven recruitment in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment, with mentoring and a February 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HRM, Communications or related program.
• Proactive with initiative and strong communication skills.
• Confident in approaching employees and managers.
• Accurate in their work.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands and available to work from the office several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle and assist with operational recruitment activities.
• Contribute to talent initiatives, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
• Gain exposure to campus recruitment and AI-driven recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with international Talent Acquisition colleagues.
