Job summary

SITS | Traxion is seeking a Marketing & AI Innovation Intern to support our Marketing team by exploring AI-driven content strategies and collaboration. The internship takes place at Waardenburg, Gelderland, Netherlands, starting February 2027 for a minimum of 5 months.

You will analyze processes, evaluate AI tools, and translate cybersecurity expertise into engaging content across blogs, social media, webinars, videos, and campaigns. Mentoring and flexible hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong Dutch and English language skills.
• Curious about marketing, content, technology and AI; quick learner.
• Willing to work from the office in the Netherlands several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current marketing processes and explore AI-enabled opportunities.
• Evaluate AI tools and agents; develop practical solutions for content production.
• Translate cybersecurity expertise into engaging content across formats (blogs, social, webinars, videos, campaigns).
• Collaborate with Marketing to create an AI Marketing Blueprint and best practices.

Job description

As a Marketing & AI Innovation Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will support our Marketing team with exploring new possibilities by actively experimenting and validating how AI can enhance content creation and collaboration. This project takes place at the intersection of content marketing and AI-powered digital presence.

• Location: Waardenburg, Gelderland, Netherlands
• Start date: February 2027 for minimum 5 months
• Internship compensation of €500 gross for a full-time internship

THE INTERNSHIP PROJECT: AI, CONTENT & MARKETING AUTOMATION

At SITS | Traxion, we continuously create content and marketing initiatives to showcase our expertise in Identity & Cybersecurity. At the same time, AI is rapidly changing how the content comes together, how we execute campaigns, and collaborate across processes. While many opportunities exist, it is not always clear where AI adds real value and where human expertise, creativity, and control remain essential.

In this project, you will investigate how AI, marketing automation, and content creation can work together within a modern marketing organization. You will analyze current marketing processes, explore and evaluate AI tools and agents, and develop practical solutions that support content production and marketing operations. Additionally, you will help translate the knowledge of our cybersecurity experts into engaging content across formats such as blogs, social media, webinars, videos, and campaigns.

With this assignment, you will directly contribute to the future development of our marketing organization. By creating an AI Marketing Blueprint and giving practical recommendations, you will help us build best practices of AI implementation to improve efficiency, innovation, and thought leadership within Identity & Cybersecurity.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is studying Communication, Marketing, Commercial Economics, Multimedia Design, or a similar field
• Is curious about the combination of marketing, content, technology and AI and willing to learn quickly
• Is creative, willing to take ownership of a project and think critically
• Has strong command of both Dutch and English language
• Is currently located in the Netherlands and available to work from the office several days per week
• Bonus: Experience with AI and digital tools and video editing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Canva, APIs, etc.)
