SITS | Traxion is offering a People Operations internship to support our People & Culture team in delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle.

You will gain hands-on experience in onboarding, employee administration, HR processes, and employee engagement initiatives while contributing to an international cybersecurity organization. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant MBO+ or HBO degree (HRM, Legal, Insurance & HR Services, Business Administration, or related).
• Proactive and eager to gain hands-on experience within HR Operations.
• Fluent Dutch; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, employee administration, HR processes and employee support.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within People Operations.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and stakeholder interactions.

Job description

As a People Operations Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will support our People & Culture team with relevant and impactful assignments in the field of Human Resources. The team supports employees and managers throughout the entire employee journey with the goal to keep continuously improving the employee experience.

THE INTERNSHIP PROJECT: SUPPORTING PEOPLE OPERATIONS IN AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

At SITS | Traxion, our People & Culture team plays a key role in creating a smooth and engaging employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From onboarding new colleagues to supporting managers and employees in their daily HR needs, effective People Operations are essential to ensuring a positive and professional workplace.

In this internship, you will become a fully integrated member of our People & Culture team, with a primary focus on People Operations. You will gain hands-on experience with a broad range of operational HR activities, including onboarding, employee administration, HR processes, employee support, and process improvement initiatives. Depending on your interests, learning objectives, and educational requirements, you can also contribute to HR projects and employee engagement initiatives. You will work with employee information, support the delivery of reliable HR services, and help ensure that HR processes run efficiently and accurately.

With this assignment, you will directly contribute to the quality and continuity of our HR operations while gaining valuable practical insights into how People Team supports both employees and business success within an international cybersecurity organization.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is pursuing a relevant MBO+ or HBO degree, such as HRM, Legal, Insurance & HR Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Is proactive and eager to gain hands-on experience within HR Operations.
• Communicates effectively and enjoys interacting with different stakeholders.
• Works accurately and handles confidential information with care and attention to detail.
• Speaks fluent Dutch and optionally English.
• Is currently located in the Netherlands and available to work from the office multiple days per week.
