Job summary

SITS | Traxion is offering an internship in Business Advisory focused on Identity and Access Management. As a final-year student, you will own an IAM-related project, receive mentoring, and contribute to real client insights.

You will work from the Netherlands office several days per week, with guidance from the Advisory team and access to knowledge sessions. The internship offers substantial learning and a formal reference upon completion.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in a relevant study (e.g. BIM, CSC, AI, Information Security, IT, or related field).
• Ability to own and independently manage a project.
• Proactive communicator who asks critical questions.
• Interest in IAM, cybersecurity, governance, and AI in business processes.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Currently located in the Netherlands and able to work from the office several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM-related internship assignment within the Advisory team.

Job description

As a Business Advisory Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will support our Advisory team with a relevant and impactful assignment in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The team develops clear and feasible IAM roadmaps, guides improvement initiatives, and provides substantive support within ongoing IAM projects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Is in their final phase of a relevant study (e.g. BIM, CSC, AI, Information Security, IT, or a related field).
• Takes ownership and can independently manage a project.
• Communicates proactively and asks critical questions.
• Is interested in IAM, cybersecurity, governance, and the application of AI in business processes.
• Speaks fluent English and optionally Dutch.
• Is currently located in the Netherlands and available to work from the office multiple days per week.
