Job summary

JDE Peet's is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship in the Netherlands, starting February 2026, with four days in the office and one remote day per week. The role covers internship recruitment across the Netherlands, plus support for the IHQ talent team in ongoing recruitments and branding initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition processes, branding activities, and talent projects while collaborating with the Global HR team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc/MSc program for the entire internship.
• Fluent in English with strong MS Office skills.
• Commit to at least 5 months.
• Available for 4 or 5 days per week.

Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern at our Utrecht or Amsterdam office starting February 2026. During this internship, you will manage the internship recruitment and selection process for our entire organisation in the Netherlands. Additionally, you will assist the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding activities and Talent Management activities and events.

Your key activities will be:

• Managing the full recruitment and selection process for internships
• Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Managing the assessment process with our external service provider
• Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards
• Performing various tasks related to Employer Branding
• Supporting IHQ training and communication
• Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects

Being an intern at JDE Peet's means you'll spend four days in our comfortable office environment and one day working remotely, striking the perfect balance between collaboration and independence. Our pledge is to provide you with a unique learning journey as part of our Global HR team, where you'll gain valuable insights into managing Talent Acquisition processes and Talent Management cycles.

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a higher professional education, BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
• Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar experience with HR activities is always a benefit.
• Personal traits: You have a true passion for people, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship.
• Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week.
