Job summary

Axelera AI is hiring an Integration Engineer to support hardware integration for its AI inference products. This role involves being the primary technical interface with ODM partners and overseeing production support at contract manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in electronic hardware engineering, especially in embedded or system-level PCB design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware engineering.
• Solid understanding of digital interfaces at both schematic and signal-integrity level.
• Proficiency with lab instruments including oscilloscope and JTAG debugger.
• Ability to follow SDK documentation and execute inference pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for ODM partners.
• Provide on-site or remote support to CMs during Mass Production Introduction.
• Coordinate with power component suppliers on qualification questions.
• Contribute to the qualification of new components for Axelera products.
