Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking a technically strong Integration Engineer based in Taiwan, hybrid/ onsite. You will ensure Axelera hardware integrates into partner platforms, support MPI/EVT/PVT cycles, and coordinate with ODMs, CM partners, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include bring-up, validation, documentations, and design qualification, interfacing with AIS engineers to resolve issues and enable successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware engineering, focused on embedded/system-level PCB design.
• Strong digital interface knowledge: PCIe, USB, I2C/SPI/UART, LPDDR.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for ODM partners adopting Axelera PCIe accelerator cards, M.2 modules, and AI SBCs.
• Guide hardware integration: compatibility, power budget, cooling, mechanical clearances, BIOS/firmware settings.
• Support partner bring-up: OS/driver installation, Voyager SDK deployment, and first-inference validation on customer platforms.
• Produce and maintain integration guides, application notes, and FAQs for key ODM accounts.
• Provide on-site/remote CM MPI support, review production tests, and drive CAPA until closure.
• Coordinate with power component suppliers on qualification questions and field anomalies.
• Document qualification outcomes and test reports in PLM system.
