Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking an entrepreneurial, technically exceptional engineering leader to establish the AI Infrastructure Systems division within AIS. You will build the team, define the roadmap, and own end-to-end delivery of board- and system-level products for accelerator silicon in data center form factors.

You will partner with Embedded AI, Platform Architecture, silicon, and software teams to align execution across product lines, manage budgets, and engage with hyperscalers and HPC customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hardware engineering with leadership experience
• Proven track record shipping datacenter/server-class hardware to volume
• Deep expertise in high-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen4/5/6, CXL) and high-density PCB
• Experience with BMC-based platform management and secure boot/root-of-trust
• Experience working with tier-1 CMs/ODMs on server-class products

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Infrastructure Systems engineering from the ground up
• Define technical roadmap for board- and system-level products
• Review schematics, layouts, power/thermal budgets, and firmware stacks
• Drive end-to-end execution from concept to mass production readiness
• Lead datacenter-grade platform engineering including BMC and telemetry
• Collaborate with AI software, silicon, and platform teams to realize requirements
