Axelera AI is seeking an experienced Field Applications Engineer to support customers in deploying our Metis AI Platform on PCIe boards, modules, and vision gateways. You will guide evaluation, adoption, and deployment, with hands-on work using the Voyager SDK across Europe and India.

With 3+ years in semiconductor or AI customer-facing roles, you will translate technical needs into product improvements, collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales, and travel ~30% to client sites.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in the semiconductor and/or AI industry in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in India to understand needs and act as a technical expert on the platform.
• Provide product knowledge, answer inquiries, and coordinate with R&D to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on launches and evangelism.
• Track interactions and relay feedback to Product Management for improvements.
• Assist in creating clear product documentation and support sales with account growth.
