About the role

As a Technical Assembly Specialist/Junior Technical Specialist, you will independently assemble and validate complex modules and subsystems while acting as a technical expert within your area of specialization.

• Independently assemble complex modules and systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, documentation, and work instructions.
• Perform advanced testing and inspection activities.
• Diagnose assembly-related issues and deviations.
• Execute troubleshooting activities and identify root causes.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.

What You Bring

• MBO Level 2/3/4 education in a technical field or equivalent experience or at least 2 years of relevant experience in complex assembly or system integration.
• Experience reading technical documentation and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with testing, inspection, and quality processes.
• Ability to support and guide colleagues on technical matters.
• Willing to work in 2 shifts weekly schedule: Morning shift 06:00 - 14:15/ Afternoon shift 14:15 - 23:00, on Fridays 14:15 - 20:30.
• Good communication in English.
