Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Technical Assembly Specialist to assemble highly complex products and lead as a technical expert on site.

You will troubleshoot, optimize processes, and support introduction of new products and manufacturing methods, while mentoring colleagues.

The role requires strong system integration and machine building experience, with an emphasis on quality, ownership, and English communication in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with system integration, machine building or advanced assembly.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience with quality standards and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership.
• Willing to work 2 shifts: Morning 06:00-14:15, Afternoon 14:15-23:00 (Fri 14:15-20:30).
• Good communication in English.

• Conduct root-cause analysis on assemblies, subsystems, and complete systems.

• Act as a technical mentor and knowledge source for colleagues.
• Advanced knowledge of ESD, 5S, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
