At Prodrive Technologies, you will learn how complex high-tech cabinets are built, tested and improved. During this eight-month traineeship, you work alongside experienced professionals and develop the practical skills required to contribute independently within Cabinet Assembly.

About the program
The program combines structured onboarding, hands‑on assembly experience and one measurable improvement assignment:
Month 1: learn the fundamentals of cabinet assembly, tools, safety, quality and work instructions.
Months 2-6: build and test complex cabinets, solve technical issues and develop speed, precision and ownership.
Months 7-8: deliver an improvement project that contributes to quality, efficiency or first-time-right performance.
After successful completion: progress towards a permanent Cabinet Assembly role, subject to performance, skill sign-off and confirmed vacancy fit.
You will have real responsibility from the start and clear feedback throughout the journey.
What you will do
Build and assemble advanced high-tech cabinets.

You are a school leaver, recent graduate or early-career professional with a maximum of one year of professional work experience after graduation.
A completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering, Applied Physics or a related technical field.
