Prodrive Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Technical Assembly Specialist/Senior Technical Specialist to assemble highly complex products and subsystems, and to serve as a technical expert. You will troubleshoot, optimize processes, support new product introductions, and mentor colleagues while maintaining high quality and productivity.

You will play a critical role in troubleshooting, process optimization and supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing methods. You will be responsible for the assembly of highly complex products and/or machines, including testing and inspection activities.
Assemble and integrate highly complex products, subsystems, and machines.
Perform advanced testing, validation, and inspection activities.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical and quality issues.
Conduct root-cause analysis on assemblies, subsystems, and complete systems.
Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and productivity.
Act as a technical mentor and knowledge source for colleagues.
Advanced knowledge of ESD, 5S, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.

MBO Level 3/4 technical education or equivalent practical experience or at least 2 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong background in system integration, machine building, or advanced assembly.
Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Experience with quality standards and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership.
Willing to work in 2 shifts weekly schedule: Morning shift 06:00 - 14:15/ Afternoon shift 14:15 – 23:00, on Fridays 14:15 – 20:30
