Prodrive Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a High-Tech Assembly Technician to assemble modules and systems in a high- tech manufacturing environment. You will work from technical drawings, use hand tools, torque wrenches and test equipment to ensure quality.
32-40 hours per week with shift allowance, 3,310 to 4,110 EUR gross per month, plus generous benefits including lunch, gym access and career development opportunities.

You will work with technical drawings, tools, components, and assemblies while ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.
Multi-disciplinary assembly (mechanical + electrical + software-adjacent).
Perform testing and inspection activities.
Use hand tools, power screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.
Route and bundle cables and wire harnesses.
Report deviations and support quality improvements.
Follow ESD, safety, and 5S guidelines.

Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or technical work.
Understanding of assembly processes and technical instructions.
Experience with hand tools and measurement equipment.
Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Technical education is not required; relevant practical experience is equally valued.
Willing to work in two shift system: Morning shift 06:00 - 14:15/ Afternoon shift 14:15 – 23:00, on Fridays 14:15 – 20:30.
