Keiron Printing Technologies in Eindhoven seeks a System Integrator to lead hardware, mechatronics, and software integration for advanced laser-based printing systems in an automated production environment.
You will validate system performance, design testing protocols, and support production processes, collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure quality and reliability.
As a System Integrator at Keiron HQ office in Eindhoven, you will be responsible for the integration, validation, and testing of our advanced laser-based printing systems, ensuring smooth operation within an automated production environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to bring together hardware and software components, validate system performance, and oversee production process validation. This role is key to ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and quality.
System Integration: Lead the integration of complex hardware, mechatronics and software systems ensuring seamless operation in a production environment | Initially integration at Keiron facilities (‘machine owner’ role) extended to output steering role towards system supplier(s)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware and software engineers and production specialists to align system functionality with project timelines, customer needs, and production goals
Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation on integration processes, testing protocols and troubleshooting guides
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system performance and production efficiency, and implement solutions to optimize the integration and validation process
Team Collaboration : Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Share knowledge, communicate effectively, and foster a positive and productive team dynamic to achieve our common goals
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience: 5+ years of experience in system integration and validation, preferably in high-tech industries such as laser systems, electronics, or automated production
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of system integration and validation techniques, with hands‑on experience in testing and troubleshooting complex hardware/software systems
Production Validation Experience: Familiarity with validating systems for automated production environments, ensuring process consistency, reliability, and quality
Programming & Software Skills: Experience with SW testing (C# or similar programming languages) for system control and integration, as well as familiarity with automation software and protocols
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
