Job summary
Monks is seeking an SVP, Data Science and AI Product Enablement to lead strategy, growth, and delivery of its data science and AI product practice across North America. Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, AI, or data product leadership.
- Proven P&L ownership with profitable growth.
- Experience leading development and commercialization of data science or AI products.
- Executive-level client leadership with C-suite sponsorship and growth of strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics methodologies and AI deployment.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, growth, and delivery of Monks' data science and AI product practice in North America.
- Own vision for scalable analytics products and client solutions from discovery to adoption.
- Embed data science across the full-service offering and align with global strategy.
- Own P&L, revenue, margins, and investment decisions for the practice.
- Develop and deploy value-based, product-led, and subscription models.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across data science, engineering, product, and consulting.
