Monks is seeking an experienced Data Specialist to lead analytics consulting for enterprise clients, shaping data strategies and marketing analytics frameworks. You will oversee tools like GA4, BigQuery, and Looker/Tableau, translating data into insights that drive client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC and the AUNZ region, advancing analytics practices, onboarding new clients, and developing AI-based data solutions while supporting growth and innovation

Competenze

• Extensive hands-on experience with leading digital analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of the data, adtech, and martech industries and their evolving landscape.
• Experience managing strategic projects and client relationships, delivering against business objectives.
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights using BI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP/BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake).

Mansioni

• Provide subject matter expertise in Data Analytics Platforms and Data Collection to clients via overseeing tagging and analytics framework and analysis.
• Develop analytics and data strategies for large brands with focus on measurable business lift.
• Share data and marketing analytics expertise with clients and the Monks team; act as a thought leader.
• Manage relationships and projects for enterprise clients from a delivery perspective.
• Assist clients in understanding measurement and provide best-practice guidelines for data strategy and implementations.
• Assist data team with new go-to-market initiatives and solutions.
• Client onboarding: perform digital audits and record findings with recommendations.
• Data reporting: manage analytics platforms and aggregation tools (e.g. BigQuery).
• Conceptualising and building POC-level AI tools: analysis, insights, NLP, and agent integrations.
