Monks is the global, digital-first brand of S4 Capital, delivering AI-enabled marketing solutions. We seek an expert who can forecast AI trends, prototype internal tools, train teams, and develop playbooks to accelerate creative processes.

You will translate complex AI concepts into simple guidance, engage with AI enthusiasts on social platforms, and collaborate with clients to demonstrate effective prompting techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in coding and working with AI/ML APIs.
• Master of Prompts & AI ecosystems; current LLMs expert.
• Able to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging language.
• Deep understanding of AI enthusiast communities on platforms like X.
• Creative problem-solver using new tech to build tools and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Technical foresight and landscape analysis of AI features and competitors.
• Advanced content creation and prototyping for social platforms; design prompts and test tools.
• Internal training and enablement; lead sessions on AI features.
• Playbook development and documentation for AI tool integration.
• Education and demystification of AI for external content; explain APIs clearly.
• Client-facing engagement to educate and problem-solve with clients on prompting techniques.
