Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Sustainability & ESG Manager to develop and implement the group’s ESG agenda across countries and units. You will translate commitments into actions, monitor KPIs and support governance, reporting and compliance.

Hybrid work arrangement with a competitive salary. You will contribute to climate, inclusion, responsible digital initiatives and long-term resilience, engaging multiple stakeholders and communicating complex ESG topics clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR or related fields.
• Familiar with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, double materiality or equivalent.
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs and dashboards.
• Able to coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Clear communication translating ESG topics into guidance.
• Structured, analytical and able to manage priorities internationally.
• Dutch fluency is required; another European language is a plus.
