Job summary

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in sustainability reporting within a global corporate matrix organization.
• Experience establishing, implementing or improving reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global ESG and sustainability data collection across regions and functions.
• Support the implementation and adoption of sustainability reporting tools and processes.
• Ensure stakeholders provide accurate and timely sustainability reporting inputs.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants on ESG reporting requirements and assurance activities.
• Translate emerging sustainability regulations into practical reporting requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate ESG reports and KPI reporting activities.
• Build strong relationships with finance, sustainability and functional leaders across the global matrix organization.
• Monitor reporting compliance, data quality and process effectiveness.
