Job summary

Cloetta is seeking a Sustainability Reporting lead to own CSRD compliance and ESRS reporting across the organization, coordinating data from Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations. You will drive audit readiness and evolve ESG governance and controls, shaping data processes, systems, and dashboards for executive management.

The role requires 3–5 years of sustainability reporting experience, fluent English, and a strong proactive mindset to ensure accurate, auditable disclosures across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accountancy and Controlling with sustainability specialization.
• 3–5 years of relevant sustainability reporting experience.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own CSRD compliance and ESRS reporting across the organization.
• Coordinate data collection with Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations.
• Drive audit readiness and cooperate with external auditor.
• Develop ESG governance and internal controls aligned with standards.
• Develop ESG data processes, systems, and dashboards for execs and board.
