Job summary

Cloetta is seeking an experienced sustainability reporting lead to drive CSRD and ESRS compliance, data governance and audit readiness across Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations. You will own the Sustainability Statement and coordinate DMA reviews while delivering robust ESG dashboards for executive leadership.

The role requires expertise in CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and reporting solutions, with a focus on data quality and process improvement in a global FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Strong communication and social skills, proactive, accurate and well organized.
Ability to translate sustainability frameworks into business actions.
Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own CSRD and ESRS compliance: Sustainability Statement and DMA.
Coordinate data collection across Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations.
Drive audit readiness with external auditor and strengthen internal controls.
Develop ESG governance and reporting controls to meet standards.
Develop ESG data processes, automation, KPIs and dashboards for executives.
