Job summary

Neste Netherlands B.V. seeks a Maintenance E&I Engineer to join the Rotterdam Refinery maintenance team. Responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance within your discipline, aligning with Neste standards and legal requirements, and supporting certification processes.

The role emphasises preventive maintenance, collaboration with project teams, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for training and development in a global renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in process industry (refinery/chemical).
• Knowledge of NEN, API, IEC, IEEE standards advantageous.
• Good communication skills across management to operations levels.
• Fluent English; Dutch language also beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, review and update preventive maintenance plans per Neste standards.
• Ensure maintenance by own personnel and third parties is timely for certification.
• Create and scope repair plans for equipment.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations into reliability issues.
• Provide training to operators and maintenance staff where needed.
• Collaborate with project department to maintain equipment integrity.
