Job summary

Prudent HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This role focuses on delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across the energy, chemical, and food sectors, emphasizing electrification and modernization of industrial plants.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, and a strong background in electrical engineering in industrial settings. Full relocation to the Netherlands is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or consultancy environments.
• Strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering in industrial settings.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and instrumentation design activities from concept through execution.
• Translate customer and process requirements into robust, feasible engineering solutions.
• Develop complete technical designs based on specifications, sketches, and functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and industry standards in all designs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.
