Job summary

Metapic is seeking a senior supply strategist to own and scale our supply-side intelligence layer. You will expand the publisher and platform ecosystem, negotiate with key networks and DSPs, and protect incremental revenue across multiple channels.

You’ll drive cross-channel strategies, analyze LTV and fraud signals, and ensure sustainable gross margins while building a resilient supply stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in mobile performance ecosystem.
• Strategic and commercially sharp.
• Comfortable negotiating with networks & DSPs.
• Obsessed with incrementality and margin.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a diverse, high-margin supply ecosystem.
• Onboard new publishers and partnerships across DSPs, DSPs, and platforms.
• Diversify supply to avoid single-publisher risk and protect gross profit.
• Own MMP and incrementality logic including postbacks, SKAN, cohort validation.
