Job description

Help build the supply chain behind cutting-edge robotics

Behind every successful automation project is someone making sure the right components arrive on time, suppliers deliver what was promised, inventory is accurate, and project teams have exactly what they need to keep moving.

That's where you come in.

Mujin is one of the world's leading robotics software companies and is rapidly expanding its European business. To support that growth, we're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who wants to take ownership of the entire supply flow; from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and warehouse operations.

Your role

This is a broad role with a lot of responsibility and visibility. You'll work closely with engineers, project managers and leadership while helping build processes that can support the next phase of growth.

One day you're creating RFQs and sourcing components for a new customer project. The next you're checking incoming deliveries, coordinating a shipment, or making sure inventory levels are accurate in the system.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing the purchasing process from RFQ to purchase order.
  • Working with suppliers to source components, negotiate pricing and secure reliable deliveries.
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Performing inventory counts and ensuring high‑value components are properly stored and controlled.
  • Receiving incoming deliveries and checking materials for quality and completeness.
  • Supporting project teams by ensuring materials are available when needed.
  • Helping build and improve supply chain processes as the European organisation continues to grow.
Your profile

You'll probably enjoy this role if you like solving practical problems, keeping things organised and making sure things get done.

We're looking for someone who brings:
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a combination of these areas.
  • An affinity with technology, engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • A structured and hands-on way of working.
  • The confidence to work independently and take ownership.
  • An eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in English. Dutch is a very big plus.

Whether your background is in purchasing, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination, we're primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow with the business.

What’s in it for you
  • Salary of 60-70k per annum.
  • Broad responsibility across purchasing, logistics, inventory and warehouse operations.
  • A chance to build and improve processes in a growing organisation.
  • Direct collaboration with engineers and project teams.
  • Exposure to innovative robotics and automation projects.
  • Plenty of ownership and visibility.
  • An international environment with ambitious growth plans.
