Job description

Want to build HR almost from the ground up in a fast-growing robotics scale-up?

Mujin is redefining how factories and warehouses operate through intelligent automation. While the company is already an established global player, the European organisation is still in a phase where decisions can be made quickly, structures are being built, and the impact of one person can be enormous.

That's exactly why we're looking for an HR Manager.

This is not a role where you inherit a fully developed HR department. It's a role for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving people challenges, supporting managers, improving processes, and helping a growing organisation mature.

You'll be the go-to HR professional and work closely with local leadership, employees, and international colleagues.

Your role

In the first year, your focus will be on building a strong operational HR foundation for a team of around 30 employees that's expected to continue growing.

You'll be involved in everything that impacts the employee experience:
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinating payroll together with external partners.
  • Managing work permits, visas and international mobility matters.
  • Supporting managers with people-related questions and decisions.
  • Driving recruitment activities across different functions.
  • Improving HR processes, policies and systems.
  • Taking ownership of employee wellbeing initiatives and people programs.
  • Helping prepare the organisation for its next growth phase and increasing compliance requirements.

As the company grows, you'll increasingly contribute to more strategic topics such as workforce planning, organisational development, scaling people processes and preparing the organisation for future milestones.

Your profile

We're looking for someone who combines a practical mindset with ambition.

You're someone who enjoys making things run smoothly today, while helping build what the organisation needs tomorrow.

You'll likely recognise yourself in the following:
  • Experience in a broad, all-round HR role.
  • Comfortable balancing operational work with longer-term improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in a scale-up, international or fast-changing environment is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership.
  • Strong communication skills and a practical mindset.
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow with the organisation.
What's in it for you
  • Salary of 90K - 100K per annum.
  • A position for 40 hours per week.
  • The opportunity to build and shape the HR function of a rapidly growing European organisation.
  • A highly visible role with direct exposure to leadership.
  • The chance to combine hands-on HR with strategic projects.
