Job summary

Mujin, a pioneer in industrial robotics software, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize material flow for European projects. You will source, procure, and manage inventory,物流 and supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, and operations while using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to process POs and track shipments. Excellent communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
2–5 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Experience sourcing technical or industrial components in manufacturing, automation, or robotics.
Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and international logistics.
Familiarity with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Source and procure components for robotic automation systems, including robots, sensors, safety equipment, grippers, and other industrial hardware.
Develop RFQs/RFPs with engineering teams and evaluate supplier proposals.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms.
Create purchase orders and manage procurement activities using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Manage warehouse operations: goods receipt, storage, inventory control, material picking, and stock accuracy.
Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with international shipping and Incoterms.
Collaborate with Project Managers to align material availability with schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and support financial reporting.
Assist supplier quality management by coordinating inspections and evaluations.
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Work with engineering, sales, finance, and operations to support project execution.

As our European operations continue to grow, we're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to ensure the seamless flow of materials that support our robotic automation projects across Europe.

In this role, you'll manage sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
