Job summary

Mujin is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Robotics to lead end-to-end robotic automation projects from concept to deployment across Europe. You will collaborate with engineering, operations and customers to deliver reliable automation solutions powered by MujinOS, coordinating hardware, software and systems integration.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system validation.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to solution design and technical feasibility assessments.

This role combines project leadership with technical expertise, working closely with engineering, operations, and customers to deliver world-class automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects from requirements through deployment.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including robotics, software, hardware, and operations.
• Support the integration, configuration, and deployment of robotic systems.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system validation.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to solution design and technical feasibility assessments.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to ~50% of the year
