Job summary

NorthLadder Trading LLC is seeking a Supply Chain and Operations Intern to support daily activities in its Utrecht-based on-site team. You will assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely device movement.

You will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to recommendations for process improvements. The role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain management, operations, logistics, or related fields.
• Analytical skills with data analysis and interpreting operational metrics.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory records and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Proficiency with standard office software; ERP/inventory systems a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Utrecht full-time.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Previous internship or project experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory tracking and order processing across trade-in and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely device movement.
• Analyze operational data and identify bottlenecks for process improvements.
• Prepare reports and support implementation of new tools or workflows.
