Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; GMP/GDP exposure preferred.
• At least 2 years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing the end-to-end coordination of pharmaceutical shipments, ensuring smooth import and export processes, and supporting global distribution activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process supply orders daily to ensure timely distribution of pharmaceutical products globally.


• Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.


• Book shipments, monitor logistics status, and proactively address any potential issues.


• Resolve service and transportation-related problems efficiently.


• Manage return processes and collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal teams.


• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers, including affiliates and distributors.


• Participate in cross-functional project teams to improve supply chain processes.


• Continuously review and suggest improvements to Order-to-Cash policies and procedures.


• Maintain updated knowledge of GMP/GDP standards and ensure training requirements are met.


• Support disaster recovery planning alongside corporate teams.


• Perform other duties as necessary to support supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively within an international team.


• Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems.


• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
