Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical shipments, ensure import/export compliance, and support global distribution.

You will coordinate orders daily, book shipments, monitor status, resolve issues with logistics providers, and work with internal teams to improve processes while maintaining GMP/GDP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; GMP/GDP exposure preferred.
• At least 2 years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process supply orders daily to ensure timely distribution.
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Book shipments, monitor logistics status, and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal teams.
• Support Order-to-Cash processes and GMP/GDP training adherence.
